The Crafts and Collectables Vendor Shop Dashboard is a pretty powerful and user-friendly tool that allows vendors to oversee every aspect of their shop. Vendors can manage orders by marking them as shipped, adding order notes, and even printing shipping labels. Vendors can also create coupons for their customers that will be applied at checkout to their products only, ensuring that coupons created by one vendor cannot be used on other vendor shops. The dashboard is mobile-friendly, making it simple for vendors to manage their shops from anywhere at any time.

Vendors can access detailed sales data and have complete control over their shops with various settings options.

What If I Go on Vacation or Need to Take a Break?

Vendors have the option to put up a simple, personalized, and highly visible “On Vacation Message” on their shops. When Vacation Mode is active, the vendor’s products will still be visible, but visitors will not be able to purchase them. Registered Crafts and Collectables members (buyers) will still be able to add the products to their favorites and send the vendor a message.

Yes, you can! Supporting local vendors in communities across Canada is essential to the Buy Canadian initiatives. Walking into a vendor's location offers a unique and special experience. Crafts and Collectables allows vendors to promote their physical shops on their virtual shop. Vendors can display their business name, location, and business hours, so local patrons can find them. We encourage Canadians to support their local businesses.
