How to Make a Purchase

Crafts and Collectables is a Canadian online marketplace showcasing diverse Canadian vendors offering a wide range of merchandise including incredible creations of artisans, crafters, designers, and sellers. All purchases are made directly with individual vendors, each of whom has their own shop policies and details. If you have any questions about a specific item, you can contact the vendor directly.

All prices on are listed in Canadian Dollars. If you need to check the exchange rate for your currency, you can use an online currency conversion tool.

To shop, simply add items to your cart by clicking the cart icon. Your selected items will remain in your cart until you remove them, complete checkout, or your browsing session ends. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not reserve it—inventory is only secured once payment is completed. If you leave an item in your cart for too long, someone else may purchase it before you check out.

For secure payments, Crafts and Collectables uses PayPal, which accepts multiple credit card options and PayPal account payments. Your financial information is never shared with Crafts and Collectables or its vendors. However, vendors will require your contact and shipping details to process your order.

Do I Need a PayPal Account to Shop?

No, you don’t need a PayPal account to check out. You can complete your purchase as a guest using a debit or credit card. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure PayPal page, where you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or simply enter your card details to complete the transaction.

I Don’t Live in Canada—Can I Still Shop on Crafts and Collectables?

For sure! While all Crafts and Collectables vendors are based in Canada and sell their goods locally, buyers from anywhere in the world are welcome to shop.

Shipping policies do vary by vendor. So we recommend checking individual Vendor Shop Policies to see if international shipping is available. If you’re uncertain, you can always contact the vendor directly to confirm.

Can I Purchase from Multiple Vendors at Once?

You bet you can! Just add items from multiple shops to your cart and check out all at once in a single transaction.

How Will I Know When My Item Has Shipped?

Shipping is handled directly by the Crafts and Collectables vendor selling the product.

• Members will receive a notification via our Private Messaging service once their order has shipped, along with a tracking number (if provided).
• Guest buyers and members with shipping questions can contact the vendor directly for updates.

How Do I Leave Feedback on an Item?

To leave feedback on a purchase, you must be a registered Crafts and Collectables Member.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Only vendors can cancel transactions. As a buyer, you may request a cancellation, but approval is at the vendor’s discretion. All cancellations must follow the vendor’s specific Shop Policies, so be sure to review them before making a request.
