Setting Up Your Shipping
Go to Your Seller's Dashboard![]()
Select "Configuration"
Select "Shipping Methods"
Shipping Configuration
You have access to three different shipping options. "Free Shipping", (Product Wise) "Fixed Rate Shipping" and "(Country Wise) Marketplace Shipping"
Shipping methods are disabled by default.
Under the "Action" heading, click on the 3 dots for the type of shipping you want to set up.
Click on the 3 dots and the dropdown will allow you to enable the method you wish to use.
Free Shipping
Below you will see that we have enabled "Free Shipping".
You have the option of setting this is a default shipping method for all items in your shop.
Free Shipping Setting as Default
By clicking "Set as Default" you have the following options to choose from. Once selected, click "Save".
Fixed Rate Shipping
Fixed Rate Shipping is enabled as shown below.
Shipping rates for this profile are set separately for each product that you add individually in your shop. The only options you have are to enable or disable this profile.
This shipping rate would not be set as a default in the shop.
Country Wise Shipping
Country Wise Shipping allows you to set shipping rates to different counties and will also break down destinations by province or state.
There are two types of shipping options with Country Wise Shipping. You can set your rates based on the total value of the order or the total weight.
IMPORTANT: You can only select one type of Country Wise Shipping option for your store. It must be either the total value of the order or the total weight of the order.
Country Wise Shipping is enabled below.
Setting up Country Wise Shipping
To configure your Country Wise Shipping rates, click "View Shipping" from the dropdown menu below the 3 dots.

Setting up Shipping Ranges by Total Order Value
Click on "Click Here" to set up your ranges.
Select "Add New Range"
Setting Range by Price
Click on "Price" then enter your price range for this shipping rate. The price range is what the customer's sub-total would be.
Once you enter your range, click "Save".
Your first range is now saved. If you need to delete or edit this range, you can click the appropriate option as shown below:
Add another Range
Click the Add New Range button on the top right hand side of your screen and repeat the above step and save. You can continue to add ranges up to a maximum of 8 options.

Following shows you how your shipping ranges are based on price.
Once you have all of your ranges in, click "View Shipping"
From this menu, click on "Click Here" under Step: 02

From the dropdown picklist, you can select the countries you wish to ship to. It will also let you break your shipping rates down by province or state.
In this case we set up Canada and it provided the list of provinces and territories. From here, you can enter your rates for shipping. Remember to save your work.
SETTING UP FOR TOTAL WEIGHT SHIPPING RATES
Setting up Shipping Ranges by Total Order Value
Click on "Click Here" to set up your ranges.
This option will let you set a Flat Rate Shipping fee.
Following displays how your shipping ranges are when you set up multiple weights.
Setting Flat Rate Shipping
Toggle the "Flat Rate Shipping" button to green. Then enter the rates you wish to use.
Setting Weight Base Shipping Rates
Once you have all of your ranges in, click "View Shipping"
From this menu, click on "Click Here" under Step: 02
Choosing Countries
From the dropdown picklist, you can select the countries you wish to ship to. It will also let you break your shipping rates down by province or state.
In this case we set up Canada and it provided the list of provinces and territories. From here, you can enter your rates for shipping. Remember to save your work.
You can manage your shipping profile from this screen.
