How to Add Your Products

From the Products tab, select "Products Listing"

On the far right of your screen, click "Add Product"

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When saving a product, make sure that you have uploaded your image and selected at least one option from the "Collection" list. If you don't, you will get an error message and you may have some data disappear that you will need to re-enter. This is a glitch with the application that we have asked the developer to look into.

Physical Products

Select your product type. You can choose "Physical Product" a "Digital Product" which is a downloadable product.

"Product Type" contains a drop-down list of the types of products for you to choose from.

Enter your product details.

When you place your cursor in the blank box Under "Product Type", a drop-down list will appear. You can make your selection there.

Product Policy (Include your shipping and return policy here)

Add your shipping and return policy here. Include details such as how long shipping times and types of shipping you make available to your customers.

Shipping Details

Select your "Shipping Method" from the drop down menu. In this case we used "Fixed-Rate Shipping" as an example. Any other shipping methods that you have set up for your shop will appear in the drop down list.

Inventory Details

The SKU and Barcode fields are optional and can be left blank.

Track Inventory can be set as "Yes" or "No".

Quantity lets the system know how many of a specific item you have on hand. If left at "0", your item will appear as "Sold Out".

Variant Details

You can add up to 100 different variables. Click on "Add Variants"

Variables are defined by you and can include size and/or color for example.

You can decide the name of your option(s).

When adding the "Option Value", just add a comma (,) for each item.

To add another option, select "Add Another Option"

Editing Variants

At the bottom of your screen the variants you add will appear similar to the following.

Under the "Action" column, click on the 3 dots and the dropdown gives you the option to "Edit" or "Delete" the variant.

If you have a variant that should be a different price, you can make those changes once you open the variant. You can also change other things like the quantity on hand, inventory tracking, shipping details, etc. You can also add images if needed or more variants.

Cost price is what you pay for the item yourself. This is only visible to you.

The Right Side of Your Screen

Product Image

You can add up to 10 images of your product. The best size for your images is 1024 x 1024 pixels and the file should be less than 15 M. The more pictures the better as it helps to keep shoppers engaged on your product.

Collections

There are plenty of collections for you to choose from. To see more, use the scroll bar on the right side of the menu to go up and down. To make your selections, click the box next to the collection item you want your product to appear on. You can choose up to 15 different collections.

Note: The "Smart Collections" are not enabled so don't worry if you don't see any.

Additional Product Details

None of these are mandatory fields, so it's optional if you choose to use them. For more information on each of these options, we recommend you Google to learn more about them.

Future Publish and Selling Dates

This is super handy if you're getting ready to launch something for a special occasion such as Christmas or a special sale.

When you place your cursor in the box, a calendar with time you can set will appear. You can make your selection from here.

You can save your changes as "Draft" if you have more information to add to your listing. If you click "Save Changes" then your item will be published to your shop.

Duplicating a Listing

If you have multiple products that are similar, example t-shirts. You can duplicate the product and populate the fields as needed.

On the right side of your screen, there is a button that says "More Action". Click the button and the dropdown gives you the "Duplicate" option.

We recommend that you change the name of your product to reflect your new listing. Then click the "Duplicate" button.

Your new product will contain the same images as the original you made the duplicate from. You will need to update those as well as the remaining product listing.

Click on "Add Images"

From your hard drive, you can drop images. A maximum of 15 images is allowed.

Once you've uploaded your images, click "Save". It will take a moment for the images to upload.

To delete the image(s) you don't want, click "View All"

Select the image(s) you wish to delete.

Click the "Action" button for your options to appear. In this case we would select "Delete" and "Save". Note you can also crop, rotate, resize and view your image.

To move between listings, there are 2 arrows on the top right of your screen. You can click either one to move backwards or forwards between your listings.

Digital Products

Select Digital Product in both fields as highlighted below

Digital Product Details

You can select the type of digital product you are selling using the dropdown menu.

Digital File Upload

You can upload your digital file with the Upload File button.

Digital Product Link

You have the option of directing your customer to a link for your digital download file if you do not wish to have your file housed on our system, or if it's easier to give access to a complete directory similar to what you find with Google drive.

Product Image

Collections

Note: The "Smart Collections" are not enabled so don't worry if you don't see any.

You can save your changes as "Draft" if you have more information to add to your listing. If you click "Save Changes" then your item will be published to your shop.

Enable Your Product

If your product doesn't show up in your shop right away, from your dashboard, go to "Products" and "Products Listing"

Enable Single Product

On the right side of your screen, under "Action", click on the 3 dots for the options to download. Select "Enable".

Bulk Enable Products

Highlight those products you want to enable. If you want to enable all products, click the box next to "Product ID", otherwise, click the box next to each product you wish to enable.
